Olly Morgan, Head Coach

Olly Morgan, ex Gloucester and England Rugby player and current Director of Rugby at Cheltenham College.

 

Olly has experienced world class coaching throughout his career and now transfers this knowledge into his coaching role. Olly has previously enjoyed success with Cheltenham College nominated as Rugby School of the year as well as guiding the Gloucester 7s team to two successive Premiership 7s titles.

 

Having run rugby camps for over a decade, Olly is hugely passionate about the positive impact it can have on individuals both physically and also mentally and it is this reward, that gives him the desire to keep evolving them.

Food is fundamental to performance and without a healthy balanced diet it can affect you physically and mentally. Our expert sports nutritionist will discuss the importance of food and how you can implement it into your daily routine.

As a contact sport it is necessary to understand injuries and how best to manage them. Our expert provides education and knowledge around injuries, what can be done to prevent them and how to recover effectively.
